The erudite Professor of Law and Jurisperitus analysed the dynamics of democracy in the country from 1999 till date by prudently pasquinading its impacts on the national administrative system. The International adjudicator, in his colossal wisdom, discussed the impacts of the democracy on the socio-economic, cultural and religious life of the citizenry, and narrowing it down to the contemporary Nigeria.
