I am, and will always be, a paladin and gospeler of "Elitist leadership/administration" for I have over time learned and witnessed its paramount importance, impactful tendencies to humanity and to the society in its entirety.

Howbeit, in as much as "Elitism and Erudition" are considerably recommendable Management principles/factors capable of triggering and engendering plausible, innovative and generally acceptable administration, they apparently aren't enough for consideration for any form of administration or governance in this part of the world, for hereabouts, People's "Charismas and Consciences" MUST in addition be at all times prudently and honestly evaluated if administrative success must be expected/achieved.

These valuable principles; "Charisma, Conscience and Capacity", I thoughtfully termed "The 3 Cs of Management"

Visibly to the blind, only but  very few systems, individuals generally possess these, so any beheld, must be candidly, respectably acknowledged and honoured.

Wirra!!! Many still wallow in ignorance... whereas the knowledge and light they need for their vision; their total emancipation from mental and physical slavery, financial moroseness and rights deprivations glaringly and steadily stare at them.

Let the evangelism begin Brethren!

PROF. JEHU ONYEKWERE NNAJI has got the capacities and it's unarguable.

He is a renowned Professor of International Law and Global Politics, a Jurist with class, tremendously endowed in International jurisprudence. Of course, these and his many more honourable leadership positions and engagements plausibly define his capacity. His admirable and personable traits vividly corroborate my justification when I say that he is a "CYNOSURE OF ALL EYES" in Administration and Management.

His kind is truly imitable; very humble and kind-hearted, and wielding capacities akin to those of the very lovable, honourable Incumbent of the Lion Seat; the worthily impeccable Administrator who paves ways even amidst these niagaras of remonstrating situations and incidence in the country.

"GOV. UGWUANYI Of Enugu State Is Indeed A Leader Who Knows What Matters, And Knows Best How Best To Approach That Which Matters" -- I call him a visionary Trailblazer.

GBURU's recent "decisions and moves" as the Chairman of the recently constituted PDP NATIONAL ZONING COMMITTEE are indeed necessary proofs for his prudent leadership skills and exceptional wisdom.

The zoning of the National chairmanship of the party to the North prudently answers a lot of pertinent questions as it embraces the principles of "Equity, Justice and Fairness" commensurate to the party's rotational leadership structure/norm. However, following this arrangement, the presidential ticket of the party is automatically zoned to the South, South-East deservedly.

This "micro-zoning technique" of UGWUANYI-Led Committee shouldn't be neglected, neither should it be misconstrued, for I know for sure that "GBURU IS A GURU", his decisions; always flawless and fruitful.

Peaceful co-existence has always been UGWUANYI's watchword, hence his new nom-de-guerre "PEACE-LOVER"; a well deserved pseudonym for a "Peace paladin" like him.

For being a lover and herald of Peace, Peace he shall always find... Fatalism!

What a like-minded, capable duo, aforementioned!

Enugu has indeed got treasurable Capacities.

"Keeping mum to a statement of fact remains an indirect and unconscious acknowledgement cum acceptance of its insinuations and innuendos; which could be deceivable" -- A factual philosophy and cogent reason why we must embrace the truth.

 

In all honesty, a thought in this lane; I call "A realistic foreshadow into state/national leadership excellence, administrative fruitfulness and general societal stability"
